Net profit stabilized in 2007

At its meeting of 19th February 2008, chaired by Mr Marcel BRAUD, the Supervisory Board examined the 2007 consolidated financial statements. These consolidated financial statements will be submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders that will be held at the company's registered office on 5 June 2008.

Steady growth in 2007 net sales:  +12%

After three years of strong growth that saw sales increase by 65%, MANITOU Group continued to develop steadily in 2007. Sales came to € 1,263 million, up 12% year-on-year.
